Cancellations
We do not require a deposit when booking however we do ask for you to inform us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
Cancellation within 7 days of your booking date will result in full payment being required.
When booking, please provide us with your full name and address for invoice purposes

Please note
If we have ordered replacement parts ready for your booking and you cancel, then the full cost of the parts would be required.
Once advised your items are ready for collection, you will need to collect your items within 48 hours otherwise £5 per day charge will encounter for storage fees.
Please be aware that you may incur storage fees if you can not make the agreed drop off/collection time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your agreed drop off time, full payment of booking will be required and you will loose your booking slot for your items to be serviced.
Once parts have been ordered/ provided, we are unable to process refunds for these items.
